These steps show you how to download your followers and following exports from Instagram.
Open Instagram (app or web) and go to your Profile.
Go to Settings and privacy and look for Your information and permissions or Account data.
Select Download your information.
Choose Some of your information and select Followers and Following.
Set the date range to All time so your full history is included.
Choose the JSON or HTML format for the download.
Confirm the request. Instagram will prepare your file and send you a download link. This can take a bit of time depending on how much data your account has.
Download the .zip file to your device and unzip it.
Open the followers_and_following folder.
Upload all followers_*.json files (or HTML equivalents) for followers.
Upload all following*.json files (or HTML equivalents) for following.
